In Siraha, as students increasingly gravitate towards community schools, Helping Heart Nepal (HHN), in partnership with Golbazar Municipality, has initiated impactful educational awareness campaigns. These efforts "सबै बालबालिकाको विद्यालयमा सहभागिता, गुणस्तरीय शिक्षा प्राप्तिको सुनिश्चितता", have successfully encouraged students who previously remained at home to rejoin the educational journey. Moreover, parents are now actively participating in enrolling their children, a positive shift towards educational inclusivity.
Despite these strides, economic challenges and the marginalization of Dalit and Muslim communities persist, hindering access to education for many in Siraha district. Despite ongoing efforts to support traditional livelihoods, some students still face the unfortunate reality of dropping out.
